When you make a reservation, you must provide your name, address, email address, arrival and departure time. Providing an email address is important to receive a booking confirmation. Cancellation conditions depend on the price agreed upon at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking or if other conditions apply to the selected price, cancellation is possible until 18:00 local time on the day of arrival.
